Microcrystalline paraffin is a petroleum wax purified with sulfuric acid and has a melting point between 65 and 95°C. It is microcrystalline in structure and is used in the manufacture of wax candles, polishes, varnishes, as well as in electrical engineering and the chemical industry. 

In the pharmaceutical industry, microcrystalline paraffin is used as an ingredient in neutral bases for the production of medicinal ointments intended for external use.

Fully-Refined Parafin

This type of paraffin is completely purified and characterized by high purity and stability. It is ideal for producing candles that require longer and cleaner burning. 

Fully-refined paraffin is also used in the textile industry, paper production, and the food industry.

Semi-Refined Parafin

Semi-refined paraffin is partially purified and has a wide range of industrial applications. It is used for candle production, in the rubber industry, and for wood processing.

 This type of paraffin is suitable for technical purposes where greater flexibility in application is required.
